“Growing up on the family dairy farm, young Colin Campbell thought that milk and cheese was great. He went to school, became a nutritional biochemist and went upon finding a better way to feed the world high quality animal protein, to help save the world.
He was so outstanding that he rose relentlessly through the academic ranks to become, among other things, the senior science advisor to the american institute for cancer research and endowed professor at Cornell University, the number one research institution in nutrition biochemistry in America. And finally he became the principle investigator of “The China Study”, the most sophisticated epidemiological study of diet disease ever conducted. But there’s been a problem.
